Train of Abuses

I could go back and enumerate every devastating thing that has happened to me: every injury, insult, heart break, period of abandonment. But, I won’t.

Instead I will focus on the goodness of the Lord. What was meant for my destruction is now meeting God’s expectation to save lives. I’m still here!

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. -Genesis 50:20

Our pain is never in vain. It is meant to equip us with the empathy and knowledge to help others who are in need.

Resolutions

The New Year began. People outlined their goals for the year. Most of them involved fitness, romance, perhaps money…

Quite simply, in 2013 I resolve to live.
